Forte-Pianos:

A combination of accent-tap, rolls, and singles, to
build endurance, control, and speed.
Sextuplets:
Two sextuplet-based exercises that focus on
control. The first works on the transition between
fast singles and triplet rolls; the second
emphasises the need for quality taps between the
paradiddle-diddle, double-paradiddle, inverted
paradiddle-diddle, and shirly-murphy rudiments.
How
I Roll, Biotch:
A rolls exercise that takes a fair amount of mental
chops to play correctly. Beware of diddled eighth
notes, triplets, fivelets, and dotted-sixteenth
notes.
Swiss-Pugida:
A timing/chops exercise that juxtaposes two
slightly different interpretations of the
puh-guh-duh and (non-flammed) swiss triplet.
Fluffy
Rolls / Flaky
Rolls:
Two triplet-roll exercises.
